Most of that experience was in Human Resource management, but he was also a Market Segment Manager, a key position in the line organization responsible for serving the Reference, Religious and Computer Documentation segments of the printing market in a plant of 1700 employees. Mr. Lakes' experience includes the Corporate Office in Chicago, as well as the four largest manufacturing operations within the company. Experience further includes major reductions in force, new plant start-ups and union avoidance in mature and start-up printing facilities.
